ph86 Terms and Conditions – Everything You Need to Know Before Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," "your") and ph86 ("ph86," "we," "us," "the Platform") in relation to your access to and use of the ph86 website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting services available at ph86.best.

ph86 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and witholding of funds pending review.

3.1 One Account Per Member

Each natural person is permitted to hold only one active ph86 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If ph86 identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, we reserve the right to close all associated accounts, void any bonus-derived winnings, and withold balances pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering on ph86, you must provide complete, accurate, and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and valid email address. You must keep this information updated. Providing false or misleading registration details is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph86 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ph86 will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to adequately protect your login details. Please notify us immediately at support@ph86.best if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

ph86 operates under a Know Your Customer (KYC) framework as required by Philippine anti-money laundering laws and our operating licence. You may be required to verify your identity before withdrawals are processed. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (passport, SS card, PhilHealth ID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and verification of the payment method linked to your account.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph86 accepts the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, and online banking through BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. Eligible Visa and Mastercard bank cards may also be accepted subject to your issuing bank's policies. All transactions are denominated in Philippine pesos (₱).

4.2 Deposit Conditions

Deposits must be made using a payment account registered in your own name. ph86 does not accept third-party deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Deposits are typically credited to your ph86 balance instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment channel.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account that has been verified as belonging to you. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification before first processing. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya for fully verified accounts typically settle in under 30 seconds. Processing times for bank transfers may vary based on the receiving institution.

4.4 Currency and Fees

ph86 does not charge processing fees on local PHP payment channels. Any charges levied by your payment provider are beyond ph86's control. All balances, stakes, winings, and bonuses are displayed and settled in Philippine pesos.

ph86 offers various promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and the Refer a Friend programme. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified ph86 members in good standing only.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the stated validity period. Expired bonus balances will be removed from your account without notice.

• Using automated software (bots), artificial intelligence tools, or any unauthorised third-party software to interact with ph86 games or betting markets.
• Coluding with other players or engaging in any form of match-fixing in relation to ph86 sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or pricing mistakes for financial gain. Any winings derived from exploiting a clear error will be voided.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits through your payment provider after receiving gaming services.
• Attempting to access ph86 systems, servers, or databases without authorisation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph86 staff, support agents, or other members through any communication channel.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ph86 platform for personal gaming and entertainment purposes only.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of ph86 and these Terms shall first be referred to the ph86 customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. ph86 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), and regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
